1 review of SENB Bank “I moved to Iowa in July. I do my banking in my former state still. This is the bank closest to me. I have been in there two times. The first time was to a few hundred dollars in twenty’s to one hundred dollar bills. There was no problem and this was about four months ago. Today I went in with four hundred dollars in twenty’s to change into $100 bills. They refused to do it because I didn’t have an account with them. The person in charge tried to explain that they have to record on computer every customer (member) that does this. I told her then that I had done it before at this location and there was no problem. Her response was only that I had to have an account there. There was no other customers in the bank. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t. They only guaranteed two things. If I decide to open an account here, it will be with another bank. Since I have been here, I do use their drive through to withdrawal cash from my home bank. They make $3 every time I do this. I will not be doing that anymore. I will go to the next closest bank. Why a bank would want to snub potential future customers is beyond me.”
